Last year, because of corona pandemic, Garba (Garba is a dancing style that originated in the Indian state of Gujarat) could not be held in Gujarat, but the Gujarat government is planning to allow Ras Garba performances/activities during Navratri this year 2021. The administration voted to allow a chorus of bands, bandbajas, and DJs to perform at public occasions during a cabinet meeting held on Wednesday.
