CBSE Class 12 Supreme Court Decision: Latest News and Updates
CBSE Class 12 Supreme Court Decision
SC allowed the applicant’s side to provide a pre – copy to the ICSE, CBSE and the Center. As the court has not given a ruling, hopes of canceling CBSE 12 th class exams remain alive. It was a big question whether the 12 th CBSE exams should be taken or not. The parents and students do not want the exams in the midst of the Corona crisis, and time is wasted as well.
Even the medical experts do not want to gather the students for exams, but the council is determined to write the exams. This is why a PIL is filed in court against the commencement of CBSE 12 th class examinations.
The PIL filed weeks ago, but the trial was not held because the CJI was not available. Following continued requests from senior lawyers, CJI set up banks for the trial. The application is now being considered in an emergency.

Whatever the decision, it will appear on 31 st May 2021.
Justice AM Khanwilkar is leading the bank to hear the case filed by petitioners for the cancellation of the 12th class inquiry. We also hope that the court cancels the 12 th class exams and can save students from risking their lives in the midst of Covid-19.
Advocate Mamta Sharma asked CBSE, CISCE to cancel the 12 th exam and pass the students based on their internal marks. Now we are waiting for the final decision by the court and the latest updates will be posted here.
