Nikita Kaul is part of a Kashmiri Hindu family who were dragged from their homes decades ago. The family had to move and she finds her new home in Delhi. She meets Major Vibhuti and falls in love with him. She marries Vibhuti Dhoundiyal and becomes Nikita Kaul Dhoundiyal.

Just after 10 months of their love marriage, Major Vibhuti sacrificed himself during a terrorist attack in Pulbama. She left Kashmir due to terrorism and was then beaten back. Instead of being broken, she gathered herself and became stronger.

She decided to join the Indian Army like her husband. In the year 2020, she completed the SSC exam and the SSB interview. After that, she waited for the disclosure of the merit list. The result came and she was chosen. She completed her training at OTA Chennai and approved all remaining formalities.

On May 29, 2021, Whole of India was proud and in tears when she finally joined the Indian Army and became Lieutenant Nikita Kaul Dhoundiyal. Each of us must learn from her love, courage, and dedication.

Nikita meets Vibhu in Delhi and they fall in love with each other. They marry traditions and plan a trip to Uttarakhand.

After their journey, Major served and tortured there. When she learned of this, she was on a train from Dehradun to Delhi.

She keeps herself together and reaches out to his in-laws. She showed strength and whispered in Vibhuti’s ears that everyone is proud of him. She also said that ‘you liked the nation more’.

Thereafter, she approved the SSC and SSB interview and joined the Indian Army as a lieutenant on 29 ^th May 2021.
