The reports made by the interns are the property of NCDC and interns cannot claim the reports. The interns can also not publish any work related to the report and internship.

Applicants wishing to apply for the Sahakar Mitra Internship Scheme must follow these steps-

- Then go to the official NCDC website.
- The online internship portal has been launched by the government for the internship.
- The scheme can only be applied online. Interested and qualifying candidates should only apply for the scheme online. Fill in the registration form on the official and attach the necessary documents.
The selection process of the Sahakar Mitra Internship Scheme
The selection process for the scheme is as under-
- For the scheme, the recommendation is made by the head of department of UGC / AICTE / ICAR recognized universities.
- Under the scheme, there will be a special meeting to shortlist the interns prescribed by MD. The selection process is done based on bio-data and recommendations from institutes or sponsorship organizations.
- The interns are placed at HO / LINAC / Ros. The placement will be done according to the preference of the interns and requirements of NCDC.
- A mentor oversees the internal and provides information and orientation, leads assignments and other internship activities.
- If an intern is at RO, he or she will need to assist with the preparation of projects or reports on the expansion of the cooperative energy business. A written report must be submitted by the intern within two weeks after completion of the internship.
- The intern must describe his or her experience in the internship in the written report.
- This written report has been submitted, but the intern will be retained by NCDC as their property right; nor can the reports be claimed by the intern.
- The intern may not publish his analysis or any research and study material used in the report.
- There is no direct liability to NCDC for finding the business plan or report, detailed written report submitted by the intern.
